Saba Douglas-Hamilton is an English wildlife television presenter best known for presenting the BBC wildlife documentary show Big Cat Diary, from 2002-2008.
Saba means 'seven' in Kiswahili and was given to her by local African tribesmen because she was the seventh grandchild of the family, born at 7pm on a Sunday.
Saba obtained a Masters degree in Social Anthropology at St Andrews University and currently lives in Kenya.
She is a wildlife filmmaker and a trustee of Save the Elephants, her Father’s charity.
