Bio
Khulu Skenjana is a South African actor and voice artist best known for his starring role as S'bu Majola, Mvelo's (Yonda Thomas) dependable, charming best friend and business manager, in the SABC1 drama series Fallen, in 2011.
He also had a starring role as Kumkani in the SABC1 mini-series Entabeni (2008), which was part of the channel's "Shakespeare in Mzansi" strand.
His first break in acting came with a role in the feature film Jerusalema. Other films he has acted in include Zama Zama, 48, Sniper Reloaded, Skin and Invictus.
He played the role of Mandla in the SABC2 mini-series Noah's Ark from July to August, 2008 and in 2010 he played the role of David Tabane in the SABC2 drama series The Mating Game and Thomas in the SABC2 youth drama series Hola Mpinji.
Khulu also had a cameo role in the NBC drama series The Philanthropist, in 2008. Other television series he has acted in include Sokhulu & Partners, Rhythm City, Generations, Binnelanders, Hola Mpinji, A Place Called Home and Jozi-H.
In 2013 he had starring roles in two SABC1 drama series: the second season of Intersexions and the fashion-themed drama Tempy Pushas.
Born in Soweto, he currently resides in Johannesburg. He is fluent in English, Afrikaans, isiZulu, isiXhosa and isiSetswana.
