Lungelo Dhladhla is a South African actress best known for her role as the title character in the SABC1 mini-series uGugu no Andile (Gugu and Andile) in 2008, which was part of the channel's "Shakespeare in Mzansi" strand.
On 4 April, 2009 she won a Most Promising Actress award at the African Movie Academy Awards for her portrayal of Gugu. The series was turned into a 90-minute film for the awards.
She later starred in the mini-series Dream World (2012), an adaptation of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream.
In 2014 she had a guest starring role in an episode of the SABC1 sitcom Single Galz.
