Teddy Sears is a American actor best known for his role as Richard Patrick Woolsley on the television drama series Raising the Bar, from 2008-2009.
Sears was born in Washington, D.C., and raised in Chevy Chase, Md. His family can be traced back to Plymouth, Mass., in the year 1630.
After his first audition, Sears earned a contract role on the daytime television series One Life to Live. Following appearances on the Law & Order franchise and Whoopi, he decided to pursue a two-year acting program with one of New York’s top teachers, William Esper.
Additional television credits include Ugly Betty, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Big Love, CSI: Miami and a recurring role on Mad Men.
