Tia & Tamera is an American docu-reality television series produced by Good Clean Fun following the lives of former Sister, Sister stars Tia Mowry and Tamera Mowry, as Tia goes through her first pregnancy and Tamera prepares for her wedding to Fox News correspondent Adam Housley.
The series premiered in the USA on Style Network on 8 August, 2011.
Tia & Tamera premiered in South Africa on DStv's The Style Network on Wednesday 16 November 2011, at 21h15. See "Seasons" below for seasonal broadcast dates and times.
Season 3 premiered on The Style Network on Wednesday 25 September 2013, at 20h15, preceded by the catch-up special Tia & Tamera: A Tale of Two Sisters the week before. New episodes broadcast weekly. There are 10 episodes in the third season.
Season 1
From an early age, the sisters have grown up before the cameras, blossoming into beautiful, successful women with thriving acting and producing careers.
Now in their 30s, Tia and Tamera face their biggest and most challenging roles yet – for Tia, becoming a first-time mother and for Tamera, it's making the transition from fiancée to wife.
Fans will have an all-access pass to Tia's baby shower and arrival of the new baby and Tamera's bridal shower, bachelorette party and wedding as the cameras document the good times and the dramatic moments.
Season 2
The second season of the docu-series Tia & Tamera returns and follows the identical twin sisters as they embark on major life transitions.
As they face the realities of motherhood and matrimony, Tia and Tamera lean heavily on each other to lighten the difficult moments with comedic insight and advice and to share their worries and fears.
After nine months of sickness, pre-natal classes and then the birth, Tia now is figuring out how to balance between being a successful actress and a successful mom.
For Tamera, she spent months preparing for her dream wedding, and as she approaches her one-year anniversary, she wonders about her new role as a working wife.
With homes in Los Angeles and Napa Valley, where her husband's family also owns a vineyard, Tamera finds herself pulled between two different worlds, struggling to decide where she will ultimately call home.
Season 3
Season three of Tia & Tamera follows the twin sisters as they redefine their roles and tackle new ventures, from an exciting business opportunity to big projects to a baby in the family.
For two seasons, fans have watched as Tia and Tamera have become a wife, mothers and entrepreneurs, and season three explores their need to find their own voices as they are pulled in different directions.
The sisters have always been by each other's side, finishing each other's sentences and even feeling pain or cravings the other experiences. But as their parenting and business styles have evolved in two different directions, Tia and Tamera search to redefine their roles as women who also are wives, mothers and sisters.
For Tia, she embraces her fun, sexy side now that Cree is a little older while she prepares for a new TV series role that will allow her to showcase her comedic chops once again.
Tamera begins to stand up more to her sister by expressing her opinions - even if it's opposite Tia's - and looks to turn her ability to gab into a full-time gig as a talk show host.
As business partners, the sisters are eager to debut their next product line for moms - a cream to help reduce stretch marks. Yet, they have different views on how to run their business which causes tension between the close twins.
