Ndumiso Lindi: Colour Mine is a South African television comedy special produced by Whacked Entertainment and featuring comedian Ndumiso Lindi in a one-man show he performed at the Lyric Theatre in Gold Reef City, Johannesburg in 2012 which is based on his traditional upbringing and his battle to express his proud Xhosa heritage while keeping his finger on the pulse of contemporary society and technology.
The special aired on DStv's Comedy Central channel on Monday 27 May 2013, at 20h30. It was 105 minutes long.
Synopsis
Lindi's material is an honest and hilarious observation of everyday life in South Africa, the diversity of South African cultures and how unique black people can be, especially the newer, younger generation.
His hit show Colour Mine is based on his traditional upbringing, and his battle to express his proud Xhosa heritage while keeping his finger on the pulse of contemporary society and technology.
Colour Mine is set to be one of Lindi's most ambitious one-man stand-up shows to date, with singing and dancing integrated into a set that perfectly complements this original and brilliant performer.
