Synopsis
What if dinosaurs were suddenly roaming the Earth in an evolved state alongside humans?
Built on a strong scientific foundation and shot in the Canadian Badlands where dinosaurs did live millions of years ago, the series explores what could be the relationship between humans, homosapiens, and these evolved dinosaurs, Dinosapiens.
DinoSapien tells the story of Lauren Slayton, a 15-year-old girl whose father mysteriously disappeared on a fossil expedition in the badlands.
While Lauren struggles to come to terms with his death, she and friends Courtney, Kit, and Chris work at a Dinosaur Camp run by her mother.
The mystery of Lauren's father deepens when she encounters a live, seemingly intelligent dinosaur she calls Eno.
Lauren and Eno form a cautious bond, as Lauren manages to keep multiple secrets, protecting Eno from the dangerous Diggers — dinosaurs that are hunting Eno and trying to kill him — and from Dr. Clive Aikens, a mysterious paleontologist who is trying to track Eno down for his own purposes.
