Synopsis
With TV chef Mike Robinson's pioneering country gastro-pub acting as a studio, this series cooks up ten recipes using organic produce that would make any dinner party a night to remember.
Full of handy hints and even a few chef's secrets to get the most from organic food, anyone watching Heaven's Kitchen Cookbook will get all the confidence and know-how they need to make a delightful feast for any occasion.
Recipes include warm woodpigeon and black pudding salad, stuffed poussin baked in coals, grilled cod with saffron and shellfish broth, rabbit cooked with cider, mustard and thyme, and Moroccan style stuffed sardines.
In the interests of real market research Mike invites local people to join him in a tasting of two dishes with the same basic ingredient and gives them the power to choose which dish makes it onto the new the Pot Kiln menu.
