Synopsis

Welcome to the world of the Chop Socky Chooks – a world in which three Kung Fu fighting chickens unite to battle the evil and formidable Dr. Wasabi, a mutated fish who is set on world domination.

Chuckie Chan, KO Joe and Chick P are the three mysterious Chop Socky Chooks, Kung Fu fighting Chickens who live and work in Wasabi World, a vast Tokyo-meets-Vegas style shopping mall.

The mall’s owner Dr. Wasabi frequently unleashes ruthless plans in his quest to take over the world while the Chooks risk their lives to protect the people of Wasabi World.

These Chooks will ensure that good overcomes evil and that order is restored.

With the help of his dim-witted bodyguard Bubba and a gang of lethal Ninja Chimps, Dr. Wasabi runs his evil empire from the high-tech confines of his gigantic fishbowl. As the headquarters are located on the mall’s top level it means that evil is never too far away from the Chooks.

Even though the Chooks are disguised as everyday civilians they can transform at a moments notice into fighting mode, each bringing with them their own unique martial arts style to fight Dr. Wasabi and his mob.

Chuckie Chan is a wise and learned master who follows the true path of Kung Fu in pursuit of enlightenment. His martial arts expertise is second to none, and he is always calm, centered and cautious. Chuckie’s idealistic attitude to life is frequently expressed in obscure proverbs that tend to leave everyone scratching their heads.

KO Joe is a street-wise, smooth-talking guy with a larger than life attitude and an even bigger afro. He practices Shotokan, a mix of martial arts based on speed and power, and by day KO Joe is the proprietor of a comic book store.

Bringing this unique trio of Chooks together is Chick P, who possesses a sharp wit yet even sharper fighting skills with her use of Wing Chung, a combat style devised by a Shaolin Nun.

Kitted with small weapons and gadgets she’ll turn anything to her advantage be it her fan or her chopsticks. Chick P’s day job as a mall maintenance engineer, allows her access to the innermost workings of Wasabi World.

Together the Chooks are in a strong position to fight the evil Dr. Wasabi.
