Episode 1
The Board at Station Siyaya are putting pressure on Amos with regard to their 'mono-lingual' Weatherman. Before the decision is taken to actually fire Clive Wright, they conduct a snap survey among the viewers in order to gauge his popularity.
Meanwhile, a new tenant arrives at La Paloma. Vusi Makathini-Rutherford may be as bright as they come, but Gys and Thabisile make a startling discovery regarding his privileged upbringing.
Episode 2
Felicity and Thabisile, between them, manage to destroy an old pair of rugby shorts that are a Conradie family heirloom. In order not to upset Gys, they utilise the only pair of shorts that Clive possesses in an attempt to cover up the disaster.
When Clive – out of the blue – decides he is going to play a game of squash in order to score some Brownie Points with his boss, Amos, the wheels come off in spectacular fashion.
Episode 3
Gys decides he needs his 'braai plek' back again, and begins removing Clive's pot plants from his balcony. Clive is distraught.
Felicity comes up with the idea that the 'nursery' could be relocated to the lobby at La Paloma. Thabisile assumes the plants are being thrown away and sets up a stall with a view to selling them.
All's well that ends well, when Clive clears up the misunderstanding and everyone sets about helping him reclaim his plants.
Episode 4
JP mocks Clive about his dull dress sense. When a viewer offers an opinion about his 'vrot tie' during a phone-in programme, the Weatherman decides to do something about it.
The clothes he subsequently purchases are terrible, and when Clayton offers him a selection of 'designer' threads, Clive is even more confused. He reverts to the tried and tested – 'vrot tie' and all.
Gys, in the meantime, is having his own problems with his brand new, hi-tech armchair.
Episode 5
After hearing about Sanjay's successful battle in overcoming his fear of flying, Clive's decides to tackle his claustrophobia head on and take the lift at La Paloma for the first time.
When the lift unexpectedly breaks down, the tenants are thrown into a complete panic as they try to assess whether the 'first timer' is stuck between floors.
Amos informs Molly and JP that they have been chosen to represent Station Siyaya in a televised National Celebrity Dancing Contest.
When the partners fall out, Clive – in a surprising twist – comes to the rescue.
Episode 6
Felicity purchases a very expensive art work at an Exhibition held at Station Siyaya. In order not to upset her husband, she convinces Clive to pretend the painting is his.
There is huge consternation at the Conradie apartment when Gys – who is redecorating the lobby at La Paloma assisted by Clayton - discovers the awful truth.
Episode 7
Amos informs Clive, Molly and JP that unless there is a drastic improvement in fortunes at Station Siyaya, they will all soon be looking for new jobs.
In the meantime, Thabisile is looking to change her fortunes with the help of a sangoma. When a package of muti is delivered to her at La Paloma, Gys mocks her 'pie-in the-sky' beliefs.
He changes his tune when his favourite rugby team is saved from certain defeat when the strange powder is scattered over his TV set.
Episode 8
Amos alerts all at Station Siyaya to the fact that a disgruntled viewer is sending threatening emails to their Weatherman. A bodyguard is employed to stick with Clive until the police are able to track down the mysterious 'stalker'.
Gys, in the meantime, is looking after a friend's pet snake while the fellow is away on a hunting trip. Predictably, Sssybrand the boomslang escapes in the Conradie apartment... with ssstartling results...!
Episode 9
Amos hires an Image Consultant in a desperate attempt to alter the dismal fortunes of Station Siyaya. De La Rey du Preez turns out to be not at all the 'miracle worker' he purports to be.
Gys informs one and all that he intends travelling overseas on a business trip.
Felicity discovers that her husband's visit coincides with an SA rugby tour to the UK, and plays dumb while planning to fleece him.
Episode 10
Clive gets caught in the crossfire when his brother-in-law's ongoing feud with the tenant upstairs turns ugly. Gys is unwilling to stop braaing on his balcony at La Paloma and matters go from bad to worse.
Clive, for his part, refuses to engage in the Anger Management program Amos has instituted at Station Siyaya, and pays dearly for his apathy.
Episode 11
Clive arrives at Station Siyaya one morning and is mortified to find a young trainee doing a dry run of the weather forecast.
Amos' explanation that the trainee is merely 'getting to know the ropes', cuts no ice with Clive, who storms out of the studio in a huff.
On unpaid leave, Clive offers to fill the post of Doorman-cum-Caretaker at La Paloma, with interesting results.
Episode 12
Gys is planning to expand his motor dealership and Snowy recommends a certain Mr. Khumalo as a suitable BEE partner. Gys invites the businessman to dinner and Felicity prepares a meal.
When another Mr. Khumalo arrives at La Paloma, angling for the job of caretaker, events take an interesting twist.
At Station Siyaya, Amos has his hands full convincing his staff to think outside the box during Cultural Awareness Week.
Episode 13
Amos informs the team that Station Siyaya's main financial contributor has decided to terminate their sponsorship. It appears that the Community TV Station will soon have to close its doors permanently.
Clive comes up with an idea to rope in a celebrity in the form of Sanjay's son, Yuvraj, newly arrived from the bright lights of Bollywood.
Sanjay is not at all enamoured by the idea of his son parading as an icon, but all's well that ends well and Station Siyaya is saved.
