Season 2
Season 2 picks up the story three months after the first season ended. Blessing's parents have moved to Johannesburg and he now lives on the boat with Peet and Zak.
His dad agreed to let him stay to finish off his final year at school but if his grades fall he will join his family in Jozi. His dad also said that this is his last year to get the surfing nonsense out of his head.
If Blessing doesn't win a major surfing competition this year he must realise his dreams are foolish, put away the board for good, and follow his dad into the business world.
Jakolien, Zak's mother has been sober since the embarrassing scene at the skateboard competition. She has found a job at a hairdressing salon and seems to be making an effort to sort herself out.
A new character, Freedom Mkhize, runs the new Youth Assistance Centre and this place becomes the central place in which this drama deals with the issues that are facing young people.
The series is produced by Welela Studios and the Season 2 series producer is Carmel Nayanah, with executive producer Diony Kempen.
