Season 2
Winner: Roxanne Kalie
Now on e.tv, having previously been on SABC3, She's The One follows 13 contestants who must use their beauty, brawn and brains in competing to become the next "it girl". The fear of weekly eliminations, and the challenges of living under one roof, means the pressure is always on.
Women from all walks of life between the ages 18 to 35 were urged to enter by recording a 30 second video, explaining why they are "The One", then sharing the video on Twitter. Entries closed on 15 August 2015.
Each episode contains a lifestyle challenge, which pitches the girls against each other. This is followed by the main challenge, where each week contestants are faced with a task of testing their fashion know-how and media savvy side in a quest to establish their personal brand.
A different guest mentor is specifically chosen to correspond with the theme of the main challenge - and help the girls along the way.
The show is hosted this season by Thapelo Mokoena, who replaces Lunga Shabalala from Season 1. The panel of judges include returning comedienne Tumi Morake and media and fashion editor, Kojo Baffoe, with Edgars marketing manager Belinda Driemeyer joining as a third judge this season.
This year, the winner receives over R1,000,000 worth of prizes.
In Season 2 there are fashion styling challenges and photo shoots, in which the girls' skills and savvy are put to the test. See how they cope with pulling off a glam event and watch them battle it out in a physical boot camp challenge. There are also weekly insights into the hottest seasonal looks.
