How to Look Good Naked is a British reality makeover television series produced by Maverick Television in which fashion stylist Gok Wan encourages women who are insecure with their bodies to strip nude for the camera and to partake in self esteem building exercises.
The series premiered in the UK on Channel 4 on 27 June, 2006. A fourth season premiered in the UK on 1 April, 2008.
How to Look Good Naked premiered in South Africa on DStv's BBC Prime (now BBC Entertainment) channel on Monday 13 August 2008, at 16h00.
Season 2 premiered on DStv's BBC Lifestyle channel on Monday 8 September 2008, at 21h20. There are eight hour-long episodes in the second season.

Synopsis
How To Look Good Naked is the fashion series that shows you how to look fantastic with your clothes on or off no matter what your body shape – and all without a surgeon's scalpel in sight.
Using his expert fashion know-how and confidence-boosting tips, top stylist Gok Wan shows you how to work with what you’ve got to look fantastic, whether fully clothed or totally naked.
Each week Gok meets a different woman whose insecurity about her body shape has led to a crisis of confidence. With a body confidence boost and a fashion makeover from the Sultan of Style, eight lucky women are transformed from body hating to body rating, learning how to flaunt what they’ve got and draw attention away from what they’ve not.
But have these beauties really changed their body hating ways? Having bought them a stunning new wardrobe, Gok asks them to ditch it all for a sizzling hot naked photo shoot, followed by a sashay down our catwalk in front of thousands of cheering friends, family and members of the public.
