Season 3
Army Wives is an American television drama series created by Katherine Fugate about a woman who marries a soldier and moves her family onto a US Army post, where she becomes friends with other women and men whose spouses are in the Army.
The series aired in the USA on Lifetime from 3 June, 2007 to 9 June, 2013. There are 117 hour-long episodes in seven seasons.
Army Wives originally premiered in South Africa on M-Net on Monday 2 June 2008, at 19h30. It began simulcasting on DStv's M-Net HD channel from the second season and later aired on DStv's M-Net Series channel. It became exclusive to M-Net Series in Season 6 and in Season 7 was moved to M-Net Series Showcase (simulcast in HD). The final season also aired on M-Net Series Zone.

Season 3 aired on M-Net and M-Net HD from 6 July to 2 November, 2009, on Mondays at 19h30. It aired on M-Net Series from 12 July to 8 November, 2009, on Sundays at 17h00.

Season 3
After only a four-day courtship, Roxy impetuously decides to marry Pfc. Trevor LeBlanc and moves with her tow kids to his Army post.
Floundering in her new life as an Army wife, she takes a job bartending at a local joint know for being a Jody bar (where civilian men go to hit on enlisted men's wives).
While on the post Roxy meets Claudia Joy Holden who believes that her husband Col. Michael Holden's promotion didn't come through because of base politics.
Another Army wife, Pamela Moran, is heavily pregnant with twins - she's secretly acting as a surrogate to get her family out of debt.
Meanwhile, psychiatrist Roland Burton is trying hard to reconnect with his wife, Lt. Col. Joan Burton, who has just returned from Afghanistan.
Then there's Denise Sherwood who is dealing with her son Jeremy's anger-management issues as her strict husband, Maj. Frank Sherwood, is about to be deployed. The unlikely group bonds when Pamela unexpectedly goes into labour at Claudia Joy's wives' tea party.
Not wanting everyone to know her family's dire financial situation, Pamela relies on these new friends to keep her surrogacy from being exposed.
Seasons
Note: only the first five seasons aired on M-Net, after which the show was moved permanently to M-Net Series. Season 5 did not air on M-Net Series (it was replaced by Season 3 of Glee in January 2012). The show moved again to M-Net Series Showcase (simulcast in HD) for Season 7. The first six seasons did not air on M-Net Series Zone.
