Season 4
Entering its fourth and final season, Raising Hope follows the continuing comic adventures of the Chance family as they raise an adorable toddler named Hope.
At 23, Jimmy unexpectedly became a single parent. Now his life's goal is to be the world's best dad.
Jimmy's parents, Virginia and Burt, who had Jimmy at the tender age of 15, don't mind being back in the baby game. They made mistakes with Jimmy, but now with their granddaughter, they finally have the opportunity to get everything right.
The Chances live with Jimmy's erratic great-grandmother, Maw Maw. Once the rock of the family, Maw Maw's eccentricities now force everyone to stay on their toes.
In her mind, the house is infested with mongooses, she's cheating on her dead husband and it just might be World War II.
Jimmy works at Howdy's Supermarket, which gives him a good excuse to spend more time with his long-sought-after girlfriend, Sabrina, a sardonic checkout clerk who has become a constant in the Chance family.
Jimmy and Sabrina report to supermarket manager Barney, whose quirky attempts at boosting employee morale keep them on their toes.
In the first two episodes of the fourth and final season, a mysterious Natesville resident (guest star Jeffrey Tambor) keeps popping up in the Chance's lives.
Then, Burt and Virginia introduce Natesville to a new bartering system called "Burt Bucks," that looks an awful lot like a pyramid scheme.
