Season 4
Fame is an American television drama series created by Christopher Gore and based on the 1980 motion picture of the same name. Using a mixture of drama and music, it followed the lives of the students and faculty at the New York City High School for the Performing Arts.
Although fictional, it was based heavily on the actual Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in New York.
The series aired in the USA on NBC (1982-1983) and later in syndication (1983-1987). There are 136 hour-long episodes in six seasons.

Season 4 premiered on Fox Retro on Thursday 30 June 2011, at 14h15. New episodes broadcast daily, on weekdays. There are 25 episodes in the fourth season.
