Danielle is voted off being a newcomer to the Aguilla tribe. Some felt that she may still have alliances with Rana, where others felt that she would not because of them voting her off. Vanessa, Brigitte and Danielle were hoping to form an alliance that would take them to the merger but it seemed that Mzi was able to change Brigitte's mind about that and rather vote for Mzi if she didn't want to vote for Danielle. In that way it would make sure that Nico would not get enough votes. 

Mark: Welcome Aguilla to Tribal Council.

Aguilla: Hi Mark.

Mark: Danielle, your trip through this game is turning out to be possibly the most unique. How accepted do you feel by the tribe?

Danielle: Well obviously I can never fulfill Sanele's shoes. You know he was a very strong physical man. I'm not a weak woman, I'm a strong woman physically and mentally and I feel that I understand that the tribe has taken a blow and they've welcomed me with open arms. They've really been fantastic to me and yes I was very very nervous.

Mark: Do you think that the tribe has any questions as to our allegiance?

Danielle: I'm sure there are doubts in their minds but you know I got voted out by my tribe, so my loyalites aren't there.

Mark: Let's go back to the reward challenge. Possibly the most gruelling one that you guys have had to face. I mean my heart went out to you. It was an evil circle and I felt evil making you do it. Nico you stood out for me from the outside looking in. You really seemed to motivate the tribe. Is that a role that you see yourself fulfilling?

Nico: I don't want to be known as the mouth, but if it does help, it helps to know we are still in this, we still got a breather left. We on to them with running commentary. That's the way I would pep the guys up, I would like to think anyway.

Mark: Brigitte, do you think he will come out of this being known as the mouth?

Brigitte: The mouth. No. I don't think so. I don't think so. A few other things, but the mouth I don't think so. He provides for a lot of entertainment, um and that's about where the fun ends.

Mark: Danielle as a very new member to this tribe, what do you base your vote on tonight?

Danielle: You know I've got a good perception of people and I'm just gonna base it on, on trust. Who I feel I can trust.

Mark: Nico I know you the comeback kid, have been so far. What are you basing your vote on tonight?

Nico: I'm gonna base it on where my values and morals lie and anybody who knows me for these, you think it's hogwash think along. We came through this from the begining together, we stood through when Jude went, when Sanele went. When our heads were down, we picked them up. We had newcomers come in. I stick with my morals from my tribe, that's where we belong. Hopefully where I belong to.

Mark: Is there a possibility of a female alliance, sitting here looking at you there are three females and two men. Is that something that's playing through anybody's head. I'll start with you?

Nico: Nothing concrete.

Mark: You don't think so?

Nico: You'll be amazed at this tribe, this tribe doesn't talk TC talk. Well I'm not involved anyway. I see one or two running around but barely. This tribe doesn't talk Tribal Council talk. 

Mark: Do you think they don't talk it or do you just think they not talking it with you.

Nico: Maybe they not talking it me me. You could be right because whenever I ask what's happening, nothings happening. Yet when we get here, they've got the answers. It's not a Tribal Council conversation tribe.

Mark:  You seriously can't think that it's just coincidence that people vote along certain lines.

Nico: Not at all.

Mark: So they have to be talking?

Nico: They have to be yes, but very discreetly, but they don't carry on and on about it.

Mark: Is Nico just not aware of the strategies that are going on?

Brigitte: No, I wouldn't say that. I think Nico is not a stupid person, I've never doubted that for a minute. I think Nico is a pretty aware of what is going on, but we'll obviously know that at the end of the evening.

Mark: So let's get to it. I'll just remind Nico and the rest of the tribe. You already have one vote in the urn against you. Take that into consideration when you're voting. Danielle you're first up.

Danielle votes for Nico.
Danielle: After your comment tonight, I have a very strong feeling you are voting for me. So you've got my vote.
Vanessa votes.

Mark: I'll collect the votes.

Just a reminder that there was one vote with Nico's name on it already in the urn after Jude's leaving.

Mark extinguishes Danielle's torch and Danielle leaves the Tribal Council. 

Mark: Well it seems that tribal loyalty won at the end of the day. Nico you breathe again my man. Aguilla take your torches, head back to your island.

After Tribal Council
Danielle: My overall survivor experience has been fantastic, it was quite a challenge for me and I think I've definitely grown from it and I've gained strength in knowing that I can achieve something like this and it's been a fantastic adventure and there are absolutely no regrets.
