I was pleasantly surprised last night while channel surfing. SABC 1 has a new series, called 'Society'. If the first episode is a taste of things to come, then we're in for a delicious treat!

Akua, played by Zandile Msutwana, is a finely dressed sister working in the corporate finance field. She's got a huge, beautiful pad, beautifully furnished, complete with a beautiful live-in toyboy (Bongani Masondo)!

Lois, played by Samantha Tyelbooi, is a surgeon, married to a fine-looking brother (Pepi Khambule), pregnant and indulges in alcohol.

Innocentia, played by Lele Ledwaba, is a 'climatologist', she presents the weather on TV. She's got gorgeous underwear, a string of men (married or otherwise), and is faking her "celebrity life".

Beth, played by Sibulele Gcilitshana, is a teacher, has a live-in lover who is a woman (Ferry Jele from Mzantsi). She doesn't want people to know that she's lesbian.

Mina what i learrned is that money is not everything, especially when you have no one to share/spend it with. i enjoyed the drama

have they broadcast the new society with brown suga yet?

LMAO baby e. sorry 2 disappoint u gal, but if u look closer to your screen, u'll see the year 2007 there. that means Brown Shuga was here that year NOT now.
