94.7 Highveld Stereo and 94.5 Kfm presenter
Mark Pilgrim has been admitted to hospital following a sudden heart attack.
In a statement released by 94.7, station manager Ravi Naidoo said, “Mark is being treated for an obstructed coronary artery and will be in hospital for the rest of the week”.
Mark was recently appointed as the host of M-Net’s new game show
Power of 10, which is currently in production.
M-Net’s Head of Original Productions, Carl Fischer, says M-Net and production company Rapid Blue are saddened by Mark’s sudden heart attack and are waiting to hear from him and his doctors before making any decisions about the way the production will proceed.
“We wish Mark and his family all the best during this time,” says Fischer.
As do the staff of TVSA. Get well soon, Mark.
