RGB: Real Garbage

As usual I subjected myself to another 30 minutes of mostly torture and torment... And here are my observations.

Kuli’s outfit 
Baby blue and dark blue doll dress with a yellow belt I wasn’t so sure about. She was trying very hard to not do the poses but they kept creeping in.

Siya’s outfit
Blue jeans and yellow t-shirt. For me this was the best outfit he’s worn so far it wasn’t hot but better than any of his other freaky fashion experiments.

Goss
The only thing that resembled goss was the bit about Uyanda Mbuli’s credentials. It would have been better if giggly Cassandra wasn’t behind it though. For those who didn’t watch, apparently Ayanda organized the very first Mrs Globe SA and won it. Yes you heard right. The following year it was won by her best friend Dorris Msibi and then the pageant vanished afterwards. Apparently she also claims to have been a Miss Cape Town when there is no Miss Cape Town pageant.

Other happenings
I can’t believe Khanyi Mbau was there, again. Doing some boxing with Bonang in skimpy outfits. They both looked hot tI must say. 

YFM studios again! The excuse this time around was Chilli M’s return to the airwaves after a month’s suspension. Apparenlty it was because of anger issues so he was sent off to cool down. 

There was also something about what animals some celebs resemble as well as what we’d call our celeb couples if we were to combine their names like Brangelina, etc. I didn’t pay much attention because I found both segments annoying. Leave the comedy to the Barry Hiltons and David Kau’s please. 

Another lingerie fashion show as well. No comment. 

Even Siya described the international goss as the news no one cares about or something along those lines.

No “TV with Lelo” which was devastating because I loved what she did last week.

Kuli's outfit was horrible! I thot she was an expert or something, remember her show "what not to wear"? I must say the girl is good looking and I love her attitude. 

As for our Mrs Globe SA, hai sisi uya Fosta! I love Chilli M, anger managememnt or not, he's Hot!

Eish! what do i say? I felt the boxing match and the animal story was just a waste of time. Baxakiwe shame these people. The Uyanda story was the only jaw-dropping inset they had. Maybe there's no juicy gossip wethu emzantsi as compared to Hollywood. Maybe the concept works well in Hollywood but not so much here eMzantsi...i dont know wethu.

I only have a comment out of concern, since uGog' Khuli goes to a lot of these lingerie shows, don't they throw a few "hook me up" bras her way na???? 
uGogo has a cleavage as wide as the Nile River, i honestly don't get it, i know its gravity but reaaaally now, one tit is under ikhwaba on the left and the other on the far right, mxim..................................I'm out!!!!!!!

Mina that was the last time i subject myself to torture like that by watching that mess of a show... Hayi ngeke

The 22 minutes the show was on yesterday seemed like forever(which isn't a good thing) What was the point of the animals insert? Khanyi again...Precious again and don't get me started on the elephant with the irritating giggle and bad hair again(maybe they should have put that in their insert).

I was thinking WTF when they started with the "Slick-bang bang" naming of couples etc.

RGB  should be taken off air

Why do you guys keep on watching RGB if you do not like it???? Mmmmmhhhh. Cause s'n tells me if you'ld stop watching - ratings will drop. Hopefully with ratings dropping they'll finally get the messages. Put the gear up a notch on the show or cut it - HOPEFULL

Terry Pheto and L'Oreal
The first time I saw the ad I was like it lacks spunk and spark. And then there it was in Zulu. I thought "translation advertising" was for Omo, not that I have anything against it, it was just unexpected. And Terry's face looks so much lighter than the shoulders. Is that shown deliberately to illustrate the effectiveness of the product or what?

Sorry carino I don't know how good their products are.

And for your information, our constructive critism has been used a lot to better SABC productions, especially this Real Garbage...TVSA bloggers totally and completely puppet mastered last week's show.... Wed 20 August. And it was by far, the best episode they've had.

About the AD for L'oreal - to me its promoting lightness because Terry is more lighter and looks a bit whitish ke re lekgoa. its sad that they still encouraging that being light is beautiful. what happened to black is beautiful bathong. to be honest i hate the ad because of that. i am coffee colour - not montso o wa pelo but we have had cases where women bleached their skins so they look lighter and the AD is encouragin that. BUT I AM HAPPY FOR TERRY for the money part only. 

do you guys know that Karabo had a nose and boob job? i think she was preparing herself for her AD too

anybody with half a brain knows that its the producers who decide on what a show will feature. C'mon think about it, if it was a free for all, the place would be chaotic with any tom dick and harry going there just to get free publicity.

And for your information, our constructive critism has been used a lot to better SABC productions, especially this Real Garbage...TVSA bloggers totally and completely puppet mastered last week's show.... Wed 20 August. And it was by far, the best episode they've had.

if this blog was so powerful, wouldnt you have absolutely nothing to complain about? Oh, and since you give "constructive criticism to better SABC productions", i will be sure to look out for you rnames in the credit list next time.

Before Commenting Uyanda's story was not gossip....! Brown Shuga wrote the story last year after a tip off from Dr TJ. So is BS and RGB togther with TVSA getting another lawsuit soon?
