This week we have animation in standard cinema or the wonderful and ever so entertaining IMAX experience from SKG's DreamWorks Animation. Also, we have “The Haunting” which is fun for all those who love horror movies, and finally Diesel is back with his Walker, in the furious movie.

PS: Why do children find those creepy looking animations fun but when they get older the very same things scare the “beep” out of them? Just a thought.

Movie: The Haunting in Connecticut

About The Movie: Based on a chilling true story, Lionsgate's 'The Haunting in Connecticut' charts one family's terrifying, real-life encounter with the dark forces of the supernatural. When the Campbell family moves to upstate Connecticut, they soon learn that their charming Victorian home has a disturbing history: not only was the house a transformed funeral parlor where inconceivable acts occurred, but the owner's clairvoyant son Jonah served as a demonic messenger, providing a gateway for spiritual entities to crossover.

Now unspeakable terror awaits, when Jonah, the boy who communicated with the powerful dark forces of the supernatural, returns to unleash a new kind of horror on the innocent and unsuspecting family. Starring:Virginia Madsen, Martin Donovan, Kyle Gallner, Elias Koteas, Amanda Crew

Movie: Monsters vs. Aliens

About The Movie: When human-hating aliens disrupt earthbound cable-television signals, it's up to a monster-hunting superhero to take out the pesky extraterrestrials and ensure that television viewers are not deprived in this animated adaptation of the popular comic-book series. The DreamWorks Animation release is being helmed by Shrek 2 director Conrad Vernon and Shark Tale's Rob Letterman.

Monsters vs. Aliens: An IMAX 3D Experience
'Monsters vs. Aliens' will be digitally converted into IMAX 3D and re-mastered into the unparalleled image and sound quality of The IMAX Experience through IMAX DMR (Digital Re-mastering) technology. Experience it for yourself at a theater near you on March 27, 2009 in DreamWorks' 'Monsters vs. Aliens.'

When California girl Susan Murphy is unexpectedly clobbered by a meteor full of outer space gunk, she mysteriously grows to 49-feet-11-inches tall and is instantly labeled as a "monster" named Ginormica. The military jumps into action, and she is captured and held in a secret government compound. The world learns that the military has been quietly rounding up other monsters over the years. Their confinement time is cut short, however, when a mysterious alien robot lands on Earth and begins storming the country. As a last resort, under the guidance of General W.R. Monger (on a desperate order from the President), the motley crew of monsters is called into action to combat the aliens and save the world from imminent destruction. Starring:Reese Witherspoon, Hugh Laurie, Seth Rogen, Will Arnett, Kiefer Sutherland, Stephen Colbert

Movie: Fast & Furious

About The Movie: Vin Diesel and Paul Walker reteam for the ultimate chapter of the franchise built on speed--'Fast & Furious.' Heading back to the streets where it all began, they rejoin Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster to blast muscle, tuner and exotic cars across Los Angeles and floor through the Mexican desert in the new high-octane action-thriller.

When a crime brings them back to L.A., fugitive ex-con Dom Toretto (Diesel) reignites his feud with agent Brian O'Conner (Walker). But as they are forced to confront a shared enemy, Dom and Brian must give in to an uncertain new trust if they hope to outmaneuver him. And from convoy heists to precision tunnel crawls across international lines, two men will find the best way to get revenge: push the limits of what's possible behind the wheel. Starring:Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, John Ortiz, Laz Alonso
