2 Strangers and a Wedding is a radio competition where two contestants who have not met or made contact with each other are chosen by the station's listeners. They then have to get married legitimately to win prizes.
Last year we saw Kaya FM marrying
Gail Brookstein and Derrick Matthee. The couple went as far as pledging love and commitment to each other at the altar before even seeing what the other one looked like. Only then were Derrick’s mask and Gail’s endless layers of veils lifted.
The Couple
The couple wed at Mary Fitzgerald Square in Newtown, Joburg, Friday 6th June 2008, unfortunately, their union did not last and I am not going to dwell on what ended the never was relationship.
THE COMPETITION IS BACK - 2009
HOW IT WORKS

I don't know if it's the presenters (Kgomotso and Ndumiso) *sigh*
Phat Joe was good with this ish
Is it poor marketing and advertising?
2 strangers site being forever down? I mean really, tomorrow is the 3rd day and they are still figuring out how to go about blogging?.
Are viewers not interested, especially after the very first hook up failed?
Oh by the way, Thembi's live audio still not available.
Tune in every morning between 6:45 and 9:00 am. There are three more brides still to be interviewed.
