The
second season of fanbangin' horror drama
True Blood is currently airing on M-Net - but not for long, unfortunately.
Lafayette may be back and Jason may be a new convert and everyone may be having mass orgies on the instructions of some mad chick deep in the dead of night, but you are going to have to wait a little longer than you thought to find out the meaning of it all.
The show will be going on hiatus for six weeks after Episode 7 ("Release Me") which airs on 8 December, presumably to accommodate the drop-off of viewers over the festive season.
On one hand, that's great - if you are going away for the hols (perhaps a quick trip to Bon Temps?) you won't want to miss the rest of the season.
On the other hand your Tuesday night just ended early, and just when the Fellowship of the Sun was starting to lure you in.
Replacing True Blood will be movies.
We wanted that sentence to be a lot more exciting than it is, but we're only human. Or are we? Yes, yes. Or...? Yes. No. Maybe. Or..?
