Hehehehe… so Muvhango decided to show more than just Rapulana’s hand yesterday. May I please just be excused for a few days nje coz I will basically be going on about this storyline until Raps gets his CEO kissing scene.
The scenes last night were much like what we saw in Generations – plus it looked like he was wearing the same jacket.
Anyway, Pheko is not much like Tau. He is calmer, more relaxed, and things happen to him, not like Tau, who sorta makes things happen.
For example, Tau walks into Tsalanang and announces.. whooo, Im here. Pheko on the other hand preferres to be found sitting in Dikathole and he gets the abo “oh.. you’re back?”…
So, I did it the old school way of photographing the television screen.
Here everybody is happy to see him except for Ranthumeng, of course.
Im telling you, this Ranthumeng guy is not doing much acting now. He is playing himself - the attitude just flows - Arrogance cleanly displayed. I have to say Im happy Pheko o mo ja direthe. I mean, Paul Mashaba wasnt like this mos, when Tau showed up. I know he had kind of moved on, but nooh... Ranthumeng needs to relax.
Chill pill
Then we replayed the Generations scenes
Yha..
And the goddess herself walked in. You can see she's shaken - but I guess yena they didnt write her those crazy.. "Kemmone, wa tshela" scenes tsa Karabo. She's much calmer. Like a woman already thinking up a strategy (to flee from the altar. hihihi)
A moment of confrontation with Destiny
So here Pheko is a happy chap. One step closer to that kiss with the CEO.
The dilemma that our CEO will find herself in just sort of made me think about the things us women we make ourselves go through. I mean, they always say men think with their dicks - Im not sure what women use to make decisions sometimes when the brains take leave.
Look at this, as much as Ranthumeng is an arrogant bastard and deserves to be left at the altar, it would really be sad if Thandaza would end up manless after going after Pheko. You see, ladies like making their plans based on some love lost somewhere. I think if I remember correctly, Pheko asked Thandaza to move to Lesotho with him and she couldnt, thats how they broke up. Then along came Rathumeng - he is lovely yes, and he seems set to make a family and a home with her. But she doesnt love him as much as she did Pheko.
I dont even think if it had been Pheko she's getting married to, she would've thought of all that prenuptial nonsense that Ranthumeng has been confronted with.
Ranthu is second best, that's it, and most ladies, yes, do settle for second best - Sometimes coz the people that we fall in love with end up being free spirits like Pheko Mokoena. Then we meet the solid Ranthumeng and poor guy has to ever be made to meet the standard of the lovely Pheko.
My word in all this is, ladies, if you cant have him, no matter how much over the heels you are with his lips, his hands, his voice or whatever conviction you have that he is your soulmate, sometimes it is wise to use your head.
Ranthumeng is the reality. Pheko is the "could've been great". Ranthumeng comes with guarantees. Pheko might be here today and gone tomorrow. Thandaza is old enough, she's got a child to think about and she is principled and needs a family. What she needs to do now is called Focus!
But, nooh...she's gon let her heart run with Pheko. I just truly hope that she will not leave Ranthumeng and chase after something thats not certain. That's all im saying.
Oh.. no.. I just ranted off.
