! Just heard ... Selimathunzi's signature co-presenter Mncedi 'Kaos' Matu will be leaving soon, after more than 10 years on the show.

Like Connie Ferguson's departure from Generations the news really feels like the end of an era.

The reason for his departure: the same as Connie's. He's joining M-Net's new soapie The Wild.

NOT.

But maybe.

There's no goss yet on what he'll be getting up to afterwards but SABC1 has confirmed that he'll definitely be leaving to pursue something else.

His co-host Zizo Beda will stay with the show and will be joined by a new, mystery presenter. Which could be you.

The show will be following in the footsteps of last year's LIVE Talent Search with nationwide auditions to find a new co-presenter.

I'll keep you posted when the audition details and dates are released.

In the meantime ... what do you think Kaos will duku-duku-do next? An acting role? A party organiser? A house husband? What would be the perfect fit for him?

Shoo! Kaos a house husband? Naah!... Acting, maybe but I only saw that when he had a role in City Sesla, I was on leave visiting my family, but for sum reason I felt cheated on. He seemed so unreal to me. Maybe it was just me & my imagination thinking of him laughing, then saying Dukuduku afterwards. If City Seslas acting was his 1st, then I think he did great. There is room 4 improvement then.

Oh! How I wish I could present Dukuduku. The r just all over. I mean, getting paid for partying sounds great to me.

I hope this will not be the end of his career in television. He is one of the most down-to-earth, genuine and simple person I have met in this industry.

All the best brother.
