Sharon Stone has got a restraining order against a "mentally unstable person" who broke into her house.
Bradly Gooden got inside the 'Basic Instinct' star's Los Angeles home on February 11 and when police officers arrived at the scene he insisted he had done nothing wrong because his 'mother' Hilary Clinton had purchased the property from Sharon for him to live in.
Mr. Gooden - who also claims to have written the script for Oscar nominated movie 'The King's Speech' when he was just two - was held on psychiatric grounds and released three days ago, but was refusing to stay away from the house - where the 52-year-old actress lives with her three adopted sons Roan, Laird and Quinn.
According to website TMZ, a judge has now granted a temporary restraining order, requested by Stone, which prohibits Mr. Gooden from being within 100 yards of her or her family.
In her court filing - which was made at Los Angeles Superior Court - she stated: "I am in fear from Mr. Gooden for my personal safety, and that of those around me, including especially my children and family, as well as my friends and employees."
