Richanne found out she was pregnant a few days after she was diagnosed with a brain tumour, and keeps the news a secret so as not to worry her family further. Paola works as a bikini model and is certain that if her colleagues find out she is pregnant, it will ruin her career.
Meanwhile, 40-year-old Jackie, who is expecting a baby with her 19-year-old boyfriend, is too embarrassed to reveal the scandalous truth to her family and co-workers.
The special follows the women as they reveal their clandestine secret, and the aftermath that follows.

In the first episode, the contestants have nine hours to produce a cake that showcases both their baking and decorating prowess, and the tasks keep getting tougher. Someone will go home every week until 'The Next Great Baker' is the last one standing.
