Successful leaders, lead from the bliblical principles. You must always have a good solid foundation. Good leaders know that difficult times will come, and they know their redeemer lives. Never lead people when you have no one you can account to. Have a source of strength and let God lead you, so that you can be a wisdom filled leader.
