So this is what Barker looked like when he still had hair:
We get to see his son Jody on Isidingo for the first time next month and he's all grown up. And cocky.
He doesn't want to be in South Africa nor on the Deep and he loathes being with his estranged father. He's played by Garion Dowds: Kyle on Generations, Gabriel on Soul Buddyz 5 and son to presenter and actor Ashley Dowds.
He arrives on Monday, 14 November.
And he's not alone. Isidingo continues to bus in the newcomers with three other new cast members, including Top Actor 2 finalist Shamilla Miller.
Shamilla/Deon/Katlego
Shamilla debuts on Monday (25 October) as Daniella Scott, Angelique's niece, who gets arrested for drug trafficking when she returns to South Africa from Brazil. Luckily Angie's the aunt you need when you're in lockdown so Angie moves in with her legal whip.
What she doesn’t realise is that she's got bigger problems on the Horizon with the late-November arrival of her father Conrad Scott, played by Egoli and 7de Laan star Deon Coetzee.
He's a father who's done a lot wrong in the past - as so many of them do - and he wants to put things right. The trouble is, he always has an agenda so his attempts at redeeming himself are plagued by the fact that he's hiding a big secret.
Someone else with a secret is Katlego Danke (Generations, Backstage), who sparks a secret affair. Katlego plays Khothala Mokoena, wife to Tyson Mokoena (Shona Ferguson).
She's obsessed with business, she's oh-so-successful and needs much more than Tyson. She visits the Deep with him in early November and has a "liaison" with someone. Who? Who most needs a lusty roll in the sack?
