Nomzingeli offers to help Tandzile with her trouble with Jabu. Lwandle learns that he has a gift. Sonny tells Tandzile that her ancestors want her to stay away from the limelight for now.

Lwandle finds out that his gift is connected to the Dlomo lineage. Nomzingeli offers to buy Tandzile’s freedom from Jabu, but he rejects Nomzingeli’s offer. Mpendulo is officially divorced from Mbali.

Episode 39
Nomzingeli uses incriminating evidence against Jabu, to get him to let Tandzile go. Tandzile discovers that all her money has been returned into her account and thanks Nomzingeli for helping her out. Lwandle and Elihle fight over Masiko.

Episode 40
It is revealed that Nomzingeli is a gift blocker. Lwandle successfully performs his gift in front of the school board. Neo almost lets it slip that he slept with Nomzingeli.

Episode 41
Gogo Ngobile reveals Neo’s location to the church ladies. Nomzingeli promises to get Ntombi a fully functioning lab for her experiments. Lwandle uses his gift on Elihle.

Episode 42
Elihle is under Lwandle’s spell and can’t leave Gogo’s house. Mpendulo is honest with Tandzile when he tells her that her that the lyrics of her new song suck.
Two church ladies come to the farm wanting Neo to pray for them. Neo tells the ladies to leave and to never return.

Episode 43
Moses isn’t pleased that Neo’s congregants are drawing unnecessary attention towards the farm and the academy. The secret is out that Neo is at the farm.
A second wave of congregants arrive at the farm looking for Neo. Lwandle uses his gift to free Elihle from the hypnotic influence he put her under.

Episode 44
Nomzingeli’s cover is blown: the mob accuses her of being part of Impilo Labs. Moses is furious when he hears that Lwandle used his gift on Elihle.
There’s concern at the farm when they hear that Neo’s congregants are back - and there are more of them.

Episode 45
A resentful Rametsi entices the congregants to turn against the academy. Mpendulo is surprised to receive an SMS from Siphiwe. Tandzile is livid that she can’t leave the farm and meet with the DJ who has a hot beat for her song.

Episode 46
Elihle reveals that she and Lwandle might get back together. Ntombi is furious when she learns that Nomzingeli used to work for Impilo Labs at the time the defective pills were released.
Neo tells the congregants that he’s not going back to church but he’s going to help them.

Episode 47
Ntombi feels betrayed by Neo when he tells her that he knew about Nomzingeli’s involvement with Impilo Labs but kept quiet.
Cyrus puts pressure on Nomzingeli to win back the trust of the Shezis. Sonny passes on a message from the ancestors to Moses and it doesn’t sound good.

Episode 48
Moses pulls a gun on Nomzingeli. Tandzile is ready to resurrect her career. Nomzingeli starts to manufacture evidence to prove that she was also victimized by Impilo.

Episode 49
Nomzingeli convinces everyone of her innocence. Tandzile tries to go ahead with her career, but Jabu pesters her. Neo tries to get her to take out a restraining order against him.
When he feels bad because everyone teases him for not mastering his gift, Dimpho advises Mpendulo to stand up for himself.

Episode 50
To try and counter the bad press around the Academy, Moses allows a TV interview, but it goes very badly indeed.
Pastor Rametsi is going off the rails and his decline comes to the attention of Nomzingeli who reports this decline to her "Client".

Episode 51
The TV interview airs and it’s even more of a disaster than expected. Neo is especially shattered and Tandzile has to lift him out of his slump.
Nomzingeli, anxious to please her "Client" manipulates Ntombi into stepping up the degree of investigation and experimentation of the gifted. The friendship between Ntombi and Lwandle is sealed by their working together.

Episode 52
Jabu invades the Academy to take Tandzile by force. Tandzile kills Jabu in self-defence and Neo is shot. 'Nomzingeli's "Client" is revealed as Cyrus Mazabuko, billionaire industrialist, and her father.
Moses tells Gogo the truth about the Vision that brought the four gifted students together.

Episode 53
Neo is rushed to hospital, his life in mortal danger, while Tandzile is arrested and jailed, given the violence of Jabu's death.
With the entire Academy traumatised by recent events, Lwandle is pushed into Elihle's arms and he kisses her.
