Top Shows on TV: July 2020
SPECIAL NOTES
Uyajola 9/9 is officially the No. 1 show on DStv now that the dust has settled on DStv's Lockdown package shake-up.
Moja Love (on the Family package) was accessible to additional viewers on the Access package until 14 June and in July Uyajola remained the No. 1 show once the Access window closed, outperforming Mzansi Magic's The Queen by 31,427 viewers for their most popular episodes.
Clearly Mzansi Magic needs to get on the Family package too if it wants to reign supreme again!
Interesting to note: when channels are available up until Access their viewership can increase by over a million viewers meaning Access has a million-mark clout.
NB: The compilcation of SABC3's viewership is the biggest mess yet this month. These TAMS are supposed to reflect primetime shows from 17h30 but the Broadcast Research Council (who compile them) has mostly included daytime shows.
