Family Secrets

Drama series which tells the story of Caesar Mokoena, Africa's wealthiest banker, and his ruthless rise to the top of global banking.

Caesar deals in lies, secrets and bodies, which he buries to protect his billions.

Power is a formidable and corruptive force, and it is a weapon that determines both the success and downfall of the characters that form the drama behind Family Secrets.

Caesar Mokwena, founder of South Africa's first black-owned bank, is a viper in the boardroom, but his serial womanising, dodgy business deals and his closeted addiction to alcohol make him unstable and as unpredictable as a viper ready to strike.

His wife Cleopatra may tolerate the pleasure he covets, but she is no walkover and will defend her family to her death.

Unfortunately, death is a secret that plagues the Mokoenas' past, as a suspicious accident comes back to jeopardise the opulent lives they've worked so hard to maintain.

The series stars Mangaliso Ngema as Caesar Mokoena, Sonia Mbele as Cleopatra Mokoena, Sophie Ndaba as Shanice Moore, Vusi Kunene as Hannibal Razor, Menzi Ngubane as Napoleon Biko and Katlego Danke as Coco Rivers.

Say Yes to the Dress 18

Part fashion show, part bridal story and part family therapy, life at Kleinfeld Bridal in Manhattan is always full of surprises.

Every day the consultants at this premiere boutique face practical and emotional hurdles to deliver the perfect dress in time for a bride's big day.

From virtual appointments to dresses on lockdown to rescheduled weddings, this is unlike anything the team has seen before — but they're up to the task of making even quarantine wedding dreams come true.

In the Season 18 premiere, "A Birthday Surprise": The Bachelor alum Caila is looking for a fairytale gown to go with her real-life Prince Charming.

Also, ridicule for her love of feathers has Jocelyn heartbroken and her consultant scrambling; and a birthday surprise is in the works.

In the second episode of the weekly double bill, "Say Yes to the Dress at Home": Coronavirus has turned the bridal industry upside down, forcing Kleinfeld to shut its doors.
