Now all Bob needs to do is convince her to give him a chance, which will take some doing since they couldn't be more different.
After coming to America from Nigeria to find a better life for her and her son, Dele, a straight-A student, Abishola lives in a small apartment with her super-protective relatives, Auntie Olu and Uncle Tunde.
Abishola's close friends include fellow nurse Gloria and Kemi.
Undaunted by Abishola's lack of initial interest or the vast differences in their backgrounds, Bob is determined to win her heart, in this comedic examination of immigrant life in America.
In the Season 3 premiere, "Welcome to Lagos": After Bob and Abishola land in Lagos, they rush to rescue Dele from his dad's place and are a bit surprised at what they find once reunited.
Also, Auntie Olu and Uncle Tunde explore their old stomping grounds and realise things have changed since their last visit to Nigeria.
In the second episode of the weekly double bill, "Bowango": It's wedding time!
With a traditional Nigerian wedding approaching, the Wheelers are formally introduced to Abishola's family.

The show encourages viewers to share personal stories of how popular songs inspired and moved them.
HLE (real name Hlengiwe Ntombela), known for her song You Are, has been a Joyous Celebration member and recently a host of Adlib, a variety show on One Gospel.
The format of the show will see HLE kick off each episode by inviting the studio audience and viewers at home to sing along to a cover song or two, before inviting viewers to send in their testimonies about a song that inspired them, as well as making song dedications.
The final segment of the show will see HLE summing up the messages in the songs as motivational nuggets, inspired by the lyrics and motivated by bible verses, before she performs a collabo with the day's guest artist.
