In each episode, Davina will devise a timeless design plan complemented by the area's natural surroundings that Kristin will bring to life with the help of her dad and building partner, Don.
In the series premiere, "Newlywed House Hunt": Davina and Kristin will help a couple find and renovate an 1800s-era farmhouse with lots of acreage for their daughter to explore in Marlboro, New York.
Later, they head over to a neighbouring art community, Kingston, to transform a drab attic into a serene artist studio.
