Farmers are coming out swinging in Moer 'n Boer.
The mixed martial arts promotions company Versus Promotions has selected 12 perfectly ordinary but tough-as-nails farmers to train as MMA fighters.
Follow their journey of transformation over the course of 12 episodes of pure action.
But the farmers won't just be sweating for the sake of it.
On 14 September, these tough training sessions will culminate in an amateur MMA fight night at Pretoria's Heartfelt Arena when the 12 farmers will battle it out in six contests in front of a live audience.
There will also be three amateur title fights and four professional bouts featuring among others Niel "Steel" du Plessis and Stefan "Mr Kick" Pretorius.
The farmer who turns in the best performance on the night will be crowned overall champion.
Bantam-weight UFC fighter Cameron Saaiman will present the series and ensure that we get to know each of the farmers' backgrounds, personalities and their reasons for stepping into the ring on 14 September.

It follows their lives as they face everyday struggles whilst also breaking stereotypes about them.
It stars social media personality Vuyokazi 'Vovo' Nguqu, whose biggest dream is to become a mother, even if it endangers her own life.
There's also aspiring taxi boss Thandazani Khubheka, who wants to start a family with his longtime girlfriend.
Finally there's family heir Sikhumbuzo 'Shota' Mkhize, who wants to bring his fractured polygamous kin back together.
The series is set in Nquthu, Port Shepstone and Cape Town.
This season Thandazani is organising an ukugidiza ceremony for his late grandmother and he is doing it for everyone who would like to get married in the family as well as him.
For Vovo, this season is all about confronting and fixing issues with her aunt, hosting a thanksgiving ceremony and continuing her efforts of making a difference in her community.
Joining the cast this season is Joshua Ryan van Staden (23), a content creator; Mongezi, aka Mayoghurt, a 22-year-old Maskandi musician; and Zandile (29), who wants to work towards opening a business, a traditional chemist where she can sell her water and other herbs.
Good Bones: Better Yard

Karen E Laine, a master gardener and co-star of the HGTV series Good Bones, will pursue her true passion of renovating clients' outdoor spaces to reach their full potential in this special.
During the one-hour episode, Karen, who is known for contributing a special exterior project for each Good Bones renovation, will help a young couple with a baby on the way.
Their yard is in such derelict shape that they've considered selling their home.
To come to their rescue, Karen and her expert team will assess the area overrun with rodents, poison ivy and dead trees and then create a design plan to give the family a multi-purpose outdoor oasis.
The result will be an enchanting yard with distinct spots for playing and entertaining complete with a kitchen, fireplace, basketball court and secret garden.
