Ordena Stephens (sometimes credited as Ordena Stephens-Thomas) is a Canadian actress best known for her starring role as Novelette Campbell in the television sitcom Da Kink in My Hair, since 2007.
Stephens has a long history with Da Kink in My Hair. She first appeared in the stage production at Theatre Pass Muraille; and reprised her role for the Princess of Wales production.
She also appeared in a PBS production, followed by a cameo appearance in the television movie directed by Tonya Lee Williams.
Stephens also appeared in Doomstown directed by Sudz Sutherland. Other film and television credits include Blue Murder, The Associates, Our America, 10,000 Black Men Named George, Singles Court, The Big Beat Heat, PSI Factor, F/X: The Series, Due South and Divorce Court.
For the stage, Stephens has played roles in On The Money, Adventures of a Black Girl in Search of God, Hamlet, Stroke Static and The Crucible.
