Steve Jones is a Welsh television presenter, model and actor best known as the host of the American version of the reality singing competition The X Factor, in 2011.
A native of Rhondda, Glamorgan, Wales, Jones' career in print modeling began when he was approached by ELLE Magazine to do some freelance work.
Jones went on to work around the world for some of the biggest names in fashion, including Versace, Armani, Ralph Lauren and Adidas. He then parlayed his sense of humour and natural ease with people to make the transition to TV host.
Jones' credits include the late-night series Transmission, the marathon music show Carling Live 24, seven years on the popular children's weekend morning entertainment show T4, two installments of Let's Dance for Comic Relief and the special Guinness World Records Smashed!.
He can also be seen hosting Drop Zone, Wedding Crashers and 101 Ways to Leave a Gameshow, as well as teaming with his brothers in Jones Brothers Amazon Adventure.
