Bio
Amy Beth Hayes is a Welsh actress best known for her role as sales girl Kitty Hawkins, who makes catty comments about her colleague Agnes and regards her friend and co-worker Doris as barely more than a minion, in the period drama television series Mr Selfridge.
An active member of the National Youth Theatre from the age of 14, Hayes graduated with honours in English literature and language from Oxford University before attending London's prestigious Central School of Speech and Drama.
A regular in contemporary British television, Amy made her small screen debut in a 2008 episode of Doctor Who, and has gone on to appear in the popular series Misfits, Secret Diary of a Call Girl, Black Mirror and The Syndicate.
Her theatrical roles include On the Waterfront, and, to rave reviews, Jez Butterworth's Jerusalem.
She also appears in season two of the Norwegian-American television series Lilyhammer, with Sopranos actor and E Street Band member Steven Van Zandt.
