Quote
"I would describe myself as a straightforward guy. What you see is what you get. I enjoy life and take each day as it comes. I haven't done anything special in preparation for the competition, I'll just take each day as it comes, you know, just roll with the punches.
"I entered this competition because it was a new challenge for me and I'm in it to win and nothing less!
"My worst fear is the unexpected. I've been injured many times, I've had a broken elbow and a rock's fallen on my head so I won't be any stranger to pain.
"I think that my most embarrassing moment had to be having to borrow shoes from my brother for my wedding day. My wedding ring is my security blanket and I never take it off.
"My favourite film is Schindlers List, my favourite food is thai food and my favourite country is none other than South Africa."
