Jennifer Rubin is an American actress and model who has appeared in movies such as The Doors, Bitter Harvest, Screamers and Plump Fiction.
Rubin was discovered by the Ford Modeling Agency while walking across campus at the University of Arizona and in 1984 she was the Ford International Model of the Year.
She was the original model for Calvin Klein Obsessions, and a competitive swimmer too.
Rubin decided to get into acting in 1987. Her big break came when she got the part of Taryn in the 1987 horror film A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors.
She later on starred in films like Bad Dreams (1988), The Doors (1991), and in the thriller The Crush (1993). She starred in several made-for-TV movies as well, including Drop Dead Gorgeous (1991), The Fear Inside (1992), Full Eclipse (1993), The Wasp Woman (1995), Twists of Terror (1996), Sanctimony (2000) and Lawless: Beyond Justice (2001).
She has made guest appearances on TV shows, including The Twilight Zone, Miami Vice, Tales from the Crypt, and The Outer Limits.
Rubin's last screen appearance was in the 2001 film Amazons And Gladiators. As of October 2006, she is working on a novel and in real estate.
