Heart Core is a South African youth talk show produced by Molotsi Productions which aims to create a platform for the youth of South Africa to talk about issues that are important to them.
The show is presented by Tshidiso Mokoena and is multilingual, with subtitles. There are 13 episodes in the series.

Synopsis
Heart Core is a show that aims to encourage the youth that dialogue and talking is a first step in the right direction towards healing.
The show is aimed at building identities for the youth and to encourage young people to talk about issues that cause emotional pain.
The shows aims to:
- Promote openness with one another and initiate emotional literacy using groundbreaking footage that combines helping people to connect and reach out to be able to live their dreams and fantasies
- Utilise real and unrehearsed actuality of individuals confronting each other and confronting issues documenting emotional pain at the same time entering a zone of emotions and relationships and identities
- Confront issues that concern viewers and matters of the heart that people would rather avoid, being proactive and solution-driven to create a lasting impact on the viewer.
For 13 weeks the youth show will travel around the country to find heart-warming stories of young people who are battling with various challenges in life.
