Season 1
Diddy. He only needs one name, but he needs a virtual army of help to keep his legendary empire of music, acting, fashion, sports, fragrance and television running.
The ultimate secret weapon in that army? Diddy's personal assistant.
After an exhaustive nationwide search, VH1 found 13 determined young men and women with the raw potential to assist and exist with of one of the world's most demanding CEOs.
Each one-hour episode showcases a range of challenges, many based on the real life experiences of Diddy's previous assistants.
In addition to completing these tasks, the applicants must also do their best to impress an intimidating panel: self-made business prodigy and Executive Vice President of Warner Music Group Kevin Liles, Bad Boy marketing executive and former assistant Capricorn and Diddy's ultimate henchman, Phil Robinson.
Throughout the series Diddy will share his business acumen with viewers by setting up a series of challenges that runt the gamut from "The Art of Multitasking" to "No Bitchassness Allowed".
For reals.
Season 2
Diddy. Puffy. Mr. Combs. No matter what you call him, he's nothing without his team of assistants. That's why Sean Combs has teamed up with VH1 to develop a new reality competition show to unearth his next right hand person.
It's not easy working for the baddest boy at Bad Boy Entertainment. In fact, it can be downright brutal.
That's why over the course of the season, Diddy will put the WannaDiddies through his own special boot camp full of hard core challenges that will test their physical, mental and emotional limits.
He'll take his contestants to the middle of a dark, remote forest in the middle of the night and tell them to find their own way home. He'll fly his assistants to Miami and give them 24 hours to find his platinum blackberry that he's left somewhere in the city.
He'll do things to them you wouldn't do to your worst enemy. And that's just episode one.
The show is also an unfiltered window into the professional life of the most notorious mogul in the entertainment world through the eyes of the people who know best: his current and former assistants.
Sure, everybody wants to work for Diddy, but what does it really take? What happens when you don't answer an email at 4am? What happens if onions have been near one of his meals? What happens if someone says that he didn't actually invent the remix?
It's a tale of psychological torture and heartbreak. Comedy and tragedy. No sleeping. No food. No sex. Just working for Diddy, 24/7.
If you're lucky.
