Description

Teen Wolf is an American supernatural teen drama television series developed by Jeff Davis and based on the 1985 film of the same name that follows Scott McCall, a high school student and social outcast that gets bitten by a werewolf then attempts to maintain a normal life, while hiding from everyone his secret life as a werewolf.

Scott was just a regular guy until one bite changed his life forever.

Now he struggles to understand who he is and what he might become. Is he more wolf than human - or is it the other way around? Whichever it is, it's not going to be easy.

Scott will try to control his urges, but mostly he's scared that it's his urges that could end up controlling him.

Teen Wolf is the story of Scott as he tries to walk the line between what he wants and what he can't help from wanting.

Will the bite end up being a gift? Or will it be a curse? And what will it all mean for his relationship with Allison - the girl he can't get enough of?

Only time will tell if he should embrace his newfound powers, or if he should fear them.

The series stars Tyler Posey as Scott McCall, Crystal Reed as Allison Argent, Dylan O'Brien as Stiles, Tyler Hoechlin as Derek Hale, Holland Roden as Lydia Martin and Colton Haynes as Jackson Whittemore (Seasons 1 and 2 only). Arden Cho (Kira) and Shelley Hennig (Malia) were added as series regulars in Season 4, having previously recurred in Season 3.

Teen Wolf was developed by Jeff Davis who also serves as executive producer. Additional executive producers include Marty Adelstein, René Echevarria, Tony DiSanto and Liz Gateley. Russell Mulcahy is co-executive producer. The pilot was written by Jeff Davis and Jeph Loeb & Matthew Weisman and directed by Russell Mulcahy.

The Teen Wolf series is based on a Screenplay by Jeph Loeb & Matthew Weisman. Justin Levy, Julie Schwachenwald and Anne Marie McGintee are the MTV executives in charge of production. The series is a co-production with MGM, in association with Lost Marbles Productions, Inc., First Cause, Inc. and DiGa.
