Season 2
The local version of the international smash hit features the same format as overeas, only with endless debates about race to spice it up.
A singing talent competition which lets the audience decide on the winner. Hopefuls audition in front of three judges including professional Simon Cowell wannabe, Randall Abrahams. Most are laughably bad - only a few are chosen to go to the next round.
Once the judges have whittled down the contestants to a certain number, it is up to the audience to phone in and choose who they want to survive to the next round after hearing them perform. The big prize is a recording contract and their own CD release.
The season's two finalists were Anke Pietrangeli and Poseletso Sejosingoe and Anke won the title.
