Amanda Forrow is an England-born South African radio DJ, actress, television presenter and motivational speaker best known for presenting a number of radio shows on Radio 5 (later 5fm), including The Martin Bailie Breakfast Show (1986-1988), Brian Oxley Lunch Time (1989-1991) and Girl Talk, from 1992-1993
