Having listened 2 her for so many years on Lesedifm, i must admit that change has taken place. The real question though is "who exactly is she?"
Is she the radical and serious fellow we are able to click and connect with when listening to songs like my soul, abafazi, my soul (never ment 2 be), conversations day 1, libambeni, nonsense and many others. Maybe she could defined by the act she may be pulling on jam alley and rea kubeletsa, or just a bit of both.
Having moved from the afternoon drive to the morning drive on lesedifm really demonstrates the fact that change and growth has really taken place. The question is, is it for the better or what?
Hey, i am not at a position to determine and give answers to all this questions. I am also not in a position to comment on the bad she does, like we do on celebrities, however there's one thing i do know.
Whether she is pulling an act or not with regard to the radical or the "non-caring about being popular when she can choose to be powerful and know that when she talks people will think hard about what she is saying" the fact of the matter is that she can be a very powerful medium and affect peoples life's in a really positive way. This is because we need people like her who are able to break the silence and comment on the social ills we are facing.
At this point, i have only exploed this powerful and radical "twasa", perhaps maybe this is because i find this side of her to be most appealing. We still see the naughty and party-freak side of her, which i do not really care about. I will not like to be called a "Freudian" but maybe this supports the saying that "there's no core self".
Having said all this, i am sure that at the back of everybody's mind, we still want to knoaw "who exactly is she?"
