As I
mentioned on Monday, Discovery's new scripted series Klondike premiered on the new HD Discovery Channel on Monday night (30 June) at 21h00.
One of the gems of the series is Sam Shepard, who plays Father Judge.

As you may or may not know, Sam Shepard is also a renowned American playwright. He won a Pulitzer Prize for his play Buried Child and he's written many other classics including Cowboy Mouth, which he co-wrote with his lover, poet Patti Smith.
Cowboy Mouth has always had a cult following and now it's sparked a Twitter account with trippy quotes. I found this excellent Twitter account called
@CowboyMouthFun - it parodies Sam Shepard, in a good way.
It's by TV writer Nick Amadeus who posts quotes about life in the style of Sam Shepard's writing in Cowboy Mouth, which includes twangy Americana. They're the bomb so I thought I'd share.
