TVSA can confirm that Afrikaans telenovela Arendsvlei will continue for Season 2 once Season 1 ends on Wednesday, 25 September 2019.
Season 2 premieres on Monday, 30 September and will air with the same set-up as Season 1: on kykNET & Kie from Mondays to Wednesdays at 20h00.

- Newcomers are:
Danny Ross as David’s son Nathan,
Maurice Carpede as Chantel’s (Menicia Sass) father,
Shaleen Surtie-Richards as Lionel’s mother.
- Wickid Wendy's fate will be decided: will she continue to get away with murder or will she pay for killing David Abrahams (Oscar Petersen)? Beatrice has been arrested for her husband David's murder... will Wendy be a jailbird instead?
Apparently she'll be taking things to whole new levels in her determination to ruin the Arendsvlei community.
- Janice’s brother, Steve Mortlock (Elton Landrew) will be released from prison and turns the Arendsvlei world upside down.
- The first group of Arendsvlei matriculants will graduate and go to university.
- The Arendsvlei matric class of 2020 will be introduced.
- There's going to be another murder. And cheating. And engagements.
- Penguin Films will be producing again, with Roberta Durrant as creative director. Theltom Masimila remains head writer and also a co-produces.
