One Mic 3

One Mic is a freestyle rap-battle series that showcases upcoming and underground rappers battling each other through the show's different competitive elements: The Written Material, The Lyrical Subject, Pass the Mic and The Freestyle Battle.

The new season is hosted by Anele Zondo, who replaces Bontle Modiselle from last season.

Season 3, comprising 32 rappers, features rappers battling each in a league-type of format, with one rapper eliminated each week.

There are four regional groups with eight rappers in each group. Each week, one of these four groups competes against each other; one is eliminated and the others move on to the next round.

For the semifinals, the remaining four contestants represent all regions. In Episode 26, the Grand Finale, there are two remaining - and the winner takes all.

Abby's

Channel: Vuzu (DStv 116)
TX Time: 18h00
Genre: Comedy

Abby's

From the producers of The Good Place comes an aspirational comedy about the best bar in San Diego, home to good prices, great company and, of course, Abby.

This unlicensed, makeshift bar nestled in her backyard is the opposite of everything annoying about today's party scene.

There are rules at Abby's: no cellphones (not even to "look something up"), earning a seat at the bar takes time and losing a challenge means drinking a limey, sugary "not-beer" drink.

As the oddball cast of regulars will tell you, hanging out at Abby's is a coveted honour. But once you're in, you're family.

In the series premiere, Abby's (Natalie Morales) unlicensed backyard bar hits a major snag when new landlord Bill (Nelson Franklin), who recently inherited the house from his deceased aunt, shows up and proposes major changes.

The Outsider

Channel: M-Net (DStv 101)
TX Time: 22h10
Genre: Horror, Mystery, Drama

The Outsider

Based on Stephen King's novel of the same name, The Outsider is a drama series that explores the investigation into the gruesome murder of a local boy and the mysterious force surrounding the case.

The ten-episode series follows police detective Ralph Anderson as he sets out to investigate the mutilated body of 11-year-old Frankie Peterson found in the Georgia woods.

The mysterious circumstances surrounding this horrifying crime leads Ralph, still grieving the recent death of his own son, to bring in unorthodox private investigator Holly Gibney, whose uncanny abilities he hopes will help explain the unexplainable.

In the series premiere, "Fish in a Barrel": When the body of an 11-year-old boy is found in the Georgia woods, detective Ralph Anderson launches an investigation into the gruesome murder.

With eyewitnesses and physical evidence pointing to local teacher and baseball coach Terry Maitland, Ralph makes a very public arrest but is perplexed by Terry's seeming indifference to hiding his crime.

After Terry's wife Glory calls their attorney Howie Salomon for assistance, a bewildered Terry produces an ironclad alibi during interrogation.

Meanwhile, Howie calls in his PI Alec Pelley to look into Terry's side of the story.

Southern Charm New Orleans 2

Coming up this season, Tamica is embracing a career transition from an early morning anchor to the lead of the afternoon show so she has more time to focus on motherhood and her marriage.

Barry is thriving as a personal trainer and gym owner and is excited about expanding his fitness empire.

Reagan shifts her attention to a new chapter that involves divorce, a new love interest and the chance at the family she's always wanted.

Jeff is on a personal journey to find who he is after his tumultuous marriage with Reagan comes to an end, but when he is faced with how fast she's moved on, he spirals out of control.

Justin's career is flourishing, but when it comes to his love life, pressure to take things to the next level with his girlfriend Kelsey may prove to be too much.

Jon continues to make a name for himself in the prestigious art world.

And Rachel is a businesswoman who joins the group as the friend everyone turns to for advice.
