She's had roles on Suidooster, Summertide, Projek Dina and Arendsvlei where she played Jamie-Lee Kampher.

She did the Afrikaans dubbing for the character of Sevim on eExtra's
Pad na die Hart.
Who's Kirby?
She's a fearless young woman who finds herself trapped in a difficult situation in Gemoedsdrif.
This is how Chanté describes her:
Chanté: “Kirby has a very good heart, but her need to survive and earn money has led her to take on a job that goes against her principles.
“She's dynamic. She might do bad things to people, but you can see that she actually cares. It’s fun to play a villain with a heart. I don’t want to give away too much, but Kirby brings a lot of fun and sadness with her.
“Kirby is constantly in acting mode because she has to pretend in front of everyone, but there are times when she shows her true self. I had to find ways to switch between the two. It was a good challenge because it taught me a lot, and it was an opportunity to grow as an actress."
Are they similar?
Chanté: “I would love to travel, just like Kirby, but I wouldn’t hurt anybody for money. In that regard, we’re completely different. Kirby can tell a lie easily, but I get anxious and flustered - you’ll notice if I’m lying. *laughs*.
